I am in love with these beautiful Fendi shoes and I've been thinking about buying some tulle and doing a little DIY on a pair of vintage Lucite Stuart Weitzmans I have, but stockings are so much more brilliant!
Yesterday on "The Hills" Stephanie got ready for her date in her room/closet. Clothing racks and shoes spilled from her closet into her bedroom. Considering that closet space in New York City is such a luxury, I've long thought organized clothing racks are a great idea.
It's my 400th blog post! I want to put on these glittery party shoes (they're named after Snookietehe). This weekend me and my party shoes are heading to Michigan for dinner and dancing and two good friends saying "I do."
Mr. Lagerfeld did it again! Who wouldn't want to be in attendance at Chanel's Resort 2011 show? Set in St. Tropez, this spectacle had something for everyone, from girlie pastels caftans to rocker chic ensembles, celebs galore and a motorcycle to boot! Here are a few of my favs from the 84 lust worthy looks.
This shopbop look book is not that new, but I can't get the sweet lacy details out off my mind. I also love how they've styled the looks just so to give them the perfect amount of edge.
Definitely using this last photo as inspiration for an upcoming sewing project.
I heart these OrlaKiely shades, they are the perfect vintagey-modern combo. The very sad news is that the line of sunnies has been canceled for this season :( Now I'm on the search for an alternative that I love equally as much. These are my top so far.
Mom, You are the best. I don't know how I could make it through life with out your encouragement, your advice and your love. You have the strength of 10,000 women and I envy how you can be stern, but still so warm hearted. "Thank you" is not enough for all you've given me. I only hope I can become half the woman and mother that you are. I love you, Mom.
Love, Lauren
Happy mother's day to all the moms and have a wonderful weekend.
The lower floor houses a garage, laundry and a small 2-bedroom apartment initially created for teenagers. The second level incorporates the main apartment’s first floor (living, dining, kitchen) and a large unheated barn room used for sleeping, relaxing or entertaining.
I love all the architectural details. Original beams, open barn doors and these industrial lighting fixtures.
The down stairs bathroom in my parent's house uses this color palette. Visions of country floral shower curtains and tulip tiles have turned me off to the combo (no offense, mom), but some my favorite design inspiration outlets have brought new, modern and whimsical life to sea foam and peach.
